Our Return Policy is as follows:

• All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. 
• For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and does not qualify for return or refund.
• The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
• Returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by A.Kálon.
